As the founder of Macdonald & Company in South Africa, I focus exclusively on recruitment into the property and construction industries throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

We have worked with developers, funds, financial institutions, contractors and real estate consultancies to establish or grow their teams over the past 14 years.

Although I generally recruit at a senior level, I still get the greatest joy out of creating real change in someone's life. My exceptional team and I work slightly differently to our peers in the rest of the world, as we are client focussed rather than specialism led.

With over 2500 skydives to my name, I'm someone who loves a challenge, and believes in doing something that takes you out of your comfort zone every day. . . which is probably why I also got married and had two children, who remain my greatest daily challenge!
