Christine Finset is a highly experienced researcher who has worked with executive research for over 20 years. Before joining Bønes Virik in 2012, she ran her own company where she delivered executive research within most industries, and to several headhunters. She has solid experience in identifying and attracting candidates for various leadership positions, and also has extensive experience in technology recruitment. Over the years, she has built an extensive candidate network, and has a good overview of various industries and candidate environments. She also has a valuable network of contacts and sources that are very useful in the work of finding skilled and relevant candidates for the assignments we work on. Christine has her education from BI Norwegian Business School.
