He specialized his whole career in helping fast growth start- and scale-ups in the internet economy hiring excellent leadership talent from Director to C-Level. He has helped place candidates across Sales, Product, Operations, Growth, and HR. Some of the most well-known companies he has worked for are Wish, Ring, WeTransfer, Amazon, Just Eat TakeAway, GetYourGuide, and Indeed as well as fast-growth scale-ups like Carvolution, Magaloop and Zenjob. Delano holds a Bachelor in Business Economics the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam, a minor in BNLP and is fluent in English and Dutch.
