Jess is one of our Change Management Specialists at Allura Partners, operating across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Insurance, Commerce & Industry and Technology, and prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships across her network and provides an open and honest experience to clients and candidates alike. She began her recruitment career in the UK in 2017 delivering projects and change management services in London. In 2018, Jess returned home to Sydney where she continued her recruitment career serving the broader technology industry including change management, and holds a psychology degree from Macquarie University.
