Maya is the only representative of Page Executive in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Maya started with PageGroup Singapore in 2013, specialising in Accounting & Finance before returning to Vietnam in 2015 following her Sales & Marketing Bachelor Degree. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University. Maya has over eight years of experience in the recruitment industry in Southeast Asia. She has significant experience in Vietnam, and one of her expertise is headhunting for Vietnamese returnees. Since 2015, she consulted international and local Vietnamese clients on talent recruitment, managing middle-management to board-level positions across various industries. Aside from being a zealous recruiter, Maya is a respected leader in the industry. She has led teams of up to six members and finds leadership roles to be both energising and inspiring. As an Associate Partner, Maya’s focus is on searching and selecting commercial leadership roles, including Regional Presidents, Country General Managers, Heads of Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce. She has also matured strong functional search experience in Financial Services, Human Resources and Supply Chain officers.
