​I specialise in BD, Marketing and Communications recruitment at all levels within Accountancy Practices, Management Consultancies and Real Estate firms on a Permanent basis. ​I can offer recruitment solutions from Assistant to Director Level roles covering, Business Development, Account Management, Client Relationship Management , Bids/Proposals, Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM Database, PR and CSR, Internal Comms, Events and Design. ​I started my recruitment career back in 2009 at an agency that focused on placing locum doctors in hospitals across the UK. I then moved to a specialist fundraising agency where I stayed for the next 9 years (although It felt like 5 minutes!). Like many people, 2019/2020 really gave me the opportunity to reflect and think about what I wanted to with my life when the world finally opened back up. So, in May 2020 I embarked on the very daunting task of starting my own job search - fast forward to July 2021 and here I am at Ambition!
