The impact of the warm family in which I was raised has become increasingly clear to me in recent years. An environment where honesty and sincerity are highly valued, showing interest in the people around you and, above all, daring to be yourself. These are the most important values ​​that I grew up with and which I use every day at Novesta. I have been working in employment mediation for over 15 years now, and for the last 11 years at Novesta I have focused on more senior positions in civil engineering, construction and real estate on both the profit and non-profit side. I get energy from bringing people and organizations into contact with each other and thus fulfilling a challenging position. Over the years I have built up a solid group of stable relationships that I am very proud of. I have worked with many of these relationships for over 10 years now. Equality is always my basis for working together. With the focus on further expanding these stable relationships, I like to meet inspiring people to further develop myself, my clients and our company. My absolute pride are my wife and 2 daughters. Together we like to go on holiday or entertain ourselves in and around the house. In addition, I like to spend a lot of time with family and friends and I am a frequent guest at the local Crossfit Box and padel club.
