Elisa d’Estienne du Bourguet joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in 2024 as an Associate. She holds a Master’s in Finance from ESCP Business School (Class of 2021) and also obtained a Master’s degree from Université Paris Dauphine and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Université Paris II. She started her career at Rothschild & Co, where she worked for over two years as an M&A Analyst within the Global Advisory team, covering M&A, financing, and equity activities. She was involved in various mandates (sell-side, buy-side) with different types of clients (sponsors, corporates) across a range of sectors (real estate, financial institutions, healthcare, infrastructure, building materials, business services, retail, etc.). Prior to that, she completed several internships, notably in M&A at BNP Paribas CIB and Lazard, as well as in Private Equity at Sparring Capital, gaining an in-depth understanding of the financial ecosystem. At SEGALEN+ASSOCIES, Elisa contributes to research and execution of mandates across various asset classes, particularly in Private Equity and M&A. She works on recruitment for investor roles, from Vice President to Partner, for global and pan-European investment firms, as well as for C-level and financial management roles within family-owned, listed, or LBO-backed companies. She is also involved in recruiting Senior Advisors. In her free time, Elisa is passionate about sports, especially pilates, cycling and running. She also has a keen interest in gastronomy and travel.
