Based in Melbourne, she works on search and succession assignments, with a focus on chief financial officer and general legal counsel roles. Amanda brings over a decade of leadership succession experience across healthcare/life sciences, private equity, and tech sectors. Previously, she spent 12 years at a global executive search firm in China, the UK, and Australia where she worked with clients to identify and develop their next C-suite and C-1 leaders. Before that, Amanda was a search consultant at Michael Page. Amanda holds a bachelor’s in business English from the North China Institute of Science and Technology. She speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
