Richard founded Granger Reis in 2008 and has more than two decades of experience in the real estate, infrastructure and industrial industries. He is a specialist in executive search and works with some of the business’s most prominent clients in delivering search, assessment and intelligence services across the globe. Richard is driven by excellent client service delivery while ensuring Granger Reis is an exceptional workplace for its people. He has placed the Net Promoter Score (NPS) at the heart of Granger Reis’ operations with the objective of building a company known for its willingness to listen to its clients and adapt to their needs. He started his search career at an NYSE-listed construction and property focused firm and founded a UK-based recruitment consultancy before setting up Granger Reis. Richard studied at Brunel College and has attended Harvard Business School.
