Azfar has worked for legal companies where he spent several year as a director of business development. His passion for problem solving and building relationships led to a career in recruiting. Azfar joined Lucas Group in 2021 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Accounting & Finance group. With a focus on the Houston metro area, Azfar sources leading Accounting & Finance talent for mid-sized to Fortune 500 corporations throughout the region. Thorough and enthusiastic, he is highly concerned about the customer experience for both candidates and clients and ensures a seamless process from start to finish. By helping candidates make strategic career upgrades while finding the right fit for his clients, Azfar strives to make a positive, lasting impact on both parties. Azfar holds a B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Political Science from University at Buffalo.
