“I studied industrial engineering at the TH Karlsruhe with a focus on computer science and operations research. As a consultant and later business development manager, I gained my first experience at a management consultancy in Germany and in Silicon Valley, California. My consulting focus was on the realignment of supply chains and strategic business process reengineering. This was followed by management positions in a logistics service group. Most recently, as a member of the management board, I was responsible for the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, marketing and public relations. I made the leap into HR consulting in April 2013 by first taking over the management of the Bad Vilbel location at a well-known HR consultancy. Driven by the desire to rethink personnel consulting and to develop innovative concepts for the industry, I founded Headgate GmbH in 2017 and since then have been supporting large family businesses in a wide variety of industries in filling top management positions. I am happily married, the father of a son who loves football and I like to relax with the occasional round of golf or jogging. In addition to the sporting activities, my love of good food and wine ensure the necessary balance.”
