Ross joins the UK Financial Services practice at ZRG to focus on banking and finance, private equity, and consultancy firms. He has successfully delivered cross-border search assignments for clients over a 15-year period. Ross has gained industry experience working for four years with a US-based investment bank, during which time he gained firsthand knowledge of large projects and completed a significant waste-to-energy project in Mexico. Prior to ZRG, Ross was with a top 10 global search firm based in the Middle East, and he has been involved in complex searches for clients in multiple territories. Ross brings an in-depth knowledge in financial and professional services at the Partner and C-suite level. He has a solid network across the real estate market and in complex areas such as renewable energy and private equity from a financial/capital raising standpoint. Ross’s past searches have included Investment Banking - Head of Middle East; Group CEO for a healthcare fund; CIO Renewable Energy fund; Head of Marketing for large Egyptian Bank; CEO - Middle East for a hospital; Senior Transformation Manager for a tech firm based in Pakistan; Real Estate Finance - Directors, Renewable Analysts; Equity Partner; and Partner-level roles within global consultancy firms. Ross has 15 years of experience in search. In addition to London, he has lived and worked in Vienna, Dubai and Kuwait. Ross has earned a BA in economics. Ross’s hobbies and interests include spending time with his family, snowboarding, and sailing.
