Biography
A graduate in International Business (ESTICE, Catholic University of Lille) and in Human Resources Management (CIFFOP), Edouard de Frémicourt quickly chose to specialize in HR Development. It is in this capacity that he joins large companies (Areva, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Page Group, Capgemini) within which he will implement dynamic policies for GPEC and, more generally, for skills development. In the light of these experiences, Edouard then decides to devote himself to Human Resources Consulting, in order to put his expertise in a professional context at the service of many companies to meet their HR challenges. Passionate about HR development, Edouard works specifically on topics related to talent recruitment, skills development and the improvement of HR processes. As an authentic human enthusiast, Edouard obtained his professional Coach certification in 2016. Since then, he has supported many companies in order to strengthen the professional efficiency of their Managers. His Coach approach reinforces each of his actions through the use of innovative tools and approaches, based both on his experience but also on listening to others as well as on self-understanding. Attached to sharing and transmitting his passion, Edouard teaches Human Resources to Bachelor and Master students (IAE Gustave Eiffel and EFRH, in particular) and regularly intervenes on behalf of the Firm in his favorite fields.
