Danielle is a Director at The Up Group and joined us in April 2018. She specialises across a range of roles for businesses across all stages of the lifecycle.

She has successfully completed searches for companies such as Pipedrive, nCino, On the Beach, OFX, Camelot, Raspberry Pi, TrustedHousesitters, Farmdrop, H.I.G. Capital, and Triton Partners.

Prior to The Up Group, Danielle was a member of the Senior Team at a boutique search firm specialising in placing strategy consulting alumni into operations, strategy, and transformation leadership roles in industry and Private Equity, leading work with clients such as Amazon.

Danielle has completed searches in Europe, the USA, and Asia. A joint Canadian and British citizen, she moved to the UK to complete her Masters in International Relations at the University of St Andrews.
