James initially applied his Business Management Honours Degree to a career in Investment Banking and Private Equity in the UK. It was here that he first noticed the impact that effective, and ineffective, senior talent management strategies have upon an organisation’s bottom line.

A growing respect for the high-stakes remit of Executive Search professionals would lead James to change his career path.

That was 15 years ago. Since then, James’ passion for Executive development and retention is evident in his high-touch network of Executive contacts from his work in the UK, the UAE, SEA and for the past several years, Australia. As a dedicated professional in Board & C-suite assignments, from Startups to ASX listed companies, James is particularly well regarded for his expertise in change and transformational leadership assignments.
