As Managing Partner, I set up Deligo AG together with Erica Baettig in 2004. I draw inspiration again and again from bringing together the right businesses with the right candidates. My specialism lies in search and recruitment of specialist and management staff in the sales, marketing and IT sectors. My 15 years’ professional experience in management positions in various sectors (Business Unit Head, Product Manager, Key Account Manager, Member of Executive Board) and 20 years as a university lecturer are a solid foundation for success at Deligo. I enjoy the challenges of my work every single day, as boredom and inactivity are absolutely off limits for me both at work and at home. I find true relaxation when I am with my family and my two children. For more active recreation, I enjoy freeride skiing, mountain biking and paragliding. A good glass of wine rounds off a perfect day.
