Cristiann is a Recruitment Consultant who recruits across a range of industries, including HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, Mining, and more. Having lived and worked in Northern Ontario for over 20 years, she has a strong network within the mining communities in Northern Ontario and Quebec. Cristiann has extensive private sector experience, having spent almost 20 years working in an HR capacity in several industries, supporting clients inter-provincially across Canada. She has an MBA with a specialization in HR and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation, and she is well-versed in provincial legislation as well as the Canadian Labour Code. Cristiann long considered the recruitment and candidate selection process to be the best part of her career in HR, so she took the leap and has since found her niche in full-time executive search and recruitment. She took the time to truly understand our business, diving deep into our corporate culture and unique requirements. This insight enabled her to bring forward a slate of highly qualified candidates who were no only technically strong but also aligned with our company values and vision.
