Camila Marion graduated in Food Engineering from UNICAMP and holds an MBA in Finance and Business Planning from FGV. She has an International Certification in Barrett Culture Consulting – CCT – Practitioner (Certified Consultant Barrett Values Centre). Her early career years were in the technical area, where she led continuous improvement projects and manufacturing operations at BRF. Since 2007, she has worked in Executive Search, having started up and led practices in a large multinational, including its top management division. Before joining EXEC, Camila was Vice President and Head of FESA’s Campinas operation, leading projects for various market segments, especially in Agribusiness, Industry, and Consumer Goods. Camila was President of the Executive Women’s Committee of AMCHAM in Campinas. Currently, Camila Marion is a Partner at EXEC.
