She has more than 20 years of experience in HR consulting gained in international consulting companies. She specializes in leadership development programs, using Assessment and Development Centre methodology and psychometric tools. At Morgan Philips, she conducts Superpowers of a Leader workshops, developing leadership competencies. Monika holds a degree in Polish Philology from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Kozminski University. She is a certified Action Learning coach and a coach working in ICF methodology, having completed a coaching course at Coachwise.
