Egemen Sülecik is a Principal at Stanton Chase Istanbul. He has extensive experience and expertise in executive recruitment for multifunctional roles across various industries. 

With 13 years of experience in the recruitment business, Egemen has spent more than eight years in the executive search industry, five of which were at Stanton Chase Istanbul. During his tenure at Stanton Chase, he has worked on numerous senior-level assignments in the healthcare, FMCG/consumer, industrial manufacturing, and professional services industries. 

Egemen further enriched his career by working with two different multi-billion USD-valued start-ups, where he experienced hyper-growth and managed high-volume recruitment as the Talent Acquisition Head. This experience augmented his skills in business partnering and leadership advisory. 

Egemen focuses on nurturing the burgeoning start-up ecosystem, the technology sector, and digital-native companies, providing top-tier executive recruitment and leadership advisory services. His unique insights will be instrumental in shaping the future of leadership within these dynamic industries. 

Egemen studied German at Uludağ University and is fluent in English and German.
