Jesper Madsen has worked as a headhunter since 2007, and during this period he has conducted executive search and the assessment of C-suites for a number of Danish and international clients. Jesper has thus built up a large network, as well as acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to recruit for industries such as Consumer/Retail, Digital/E-commerce, Life Sciences, IT/Telecommunications and NGO’s. Jesper has an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark Odense, and he has supplemented his theoretical background with a 15-year commercial career with international companies such as Beiersdorf, Nestlé, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. He has worked as a Partner and CEO for the marketing agency Promoters and worked as Managing Partner and CEO of Denmark’s largest executive search company, before he founded DNA Headhunting.
