Dominique manages executive searches for growth and mid-sized companies as a consultant at i-potentials. Prior to that, he completed the i-potentials trainee program. During his studies in International Business and Consulting he started specializing in strategic HR topics. He is particularly motivated by the development of HR and digital solution approaches in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. As a strategic development manager in a digital HR construct, Dominique has also previously experienced and accompanied such transformation processes on the corporate side.
