In 1991, he joined Accenture, where he served as Country Managing Director for the Austrian market from 2004 to 2016. In 2016, Klaus Malle founded CHANGE FORWARD Strategy & Leadership Consulting, based in Vienna. Since then, his focus has been on recruiting leaders for the digital world and providing executive coaching for transformation and innovation.

Klaus Malle is Vice President of the renowned Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra and a member of the board of the TU Wien Foundation. He is an ambassador for the Austrian Red Cross.
