Rajlakshmi (or Raj as she is commonly known) has more than a fifteen years’ experience in the executive search industry. Raj had an illustrious career with Signium where she joined in 2012 as Associate Director and grew to the ranks of Director. She returned in 2019 as Partner after a short hiatus of 2 years when she pursued other interests. Prior to joining Signium Singapore, he held similar roles in Amrop Singapore, Spencer Stuart and Alto Partners. Raj started her career with General Electric in the Leadership Trainee program where she held roles in Sales and Operations apart from Human Resources. She has worked across South East Asia, India, China, Middle East and Australia. She leads the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare Practices for Signium Singapore. She has also worked in Consumer Services, Hospitality, Retail, Professional Services and Industrial. Apart from executive search, Raj manages projects in Market Research and Succession Planning. Raj holds a Master Degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor Degree in Physics from the University of Delhi. She is also a trained consultant in Emotional Intelligence. Raj is a resident of Singapore where she lives with her husband and 2 kids.
