Biography
Lisa Brantley serves as President and Managing Director of AlexCharles Search Partners, LLC. For over 20 years, she has devoted her time to human resources management, executive recruiting, training and development, and client relationship management, uniquely equipping her to offer a high level of expertise, insight and value for her clients’ organizations.
Lisa employs a collaborative and consultative approach combined with an unwavering passion for excellence and an intent focus to deliver exceptional value. Everything she does is built on trust and an understanding that her success is determined by her commitment to the success of your organization.
Prior to starting AlexCharles Search Partners, Lisa served as President of Leadership Solutions Group, a Houston-based professional services and recruiting firm. Prior to her time with LSG, Lisa served as Vice-President of Business Development and Recruiting for Axia Partners, a professional services and consulting firm, where she led its recruiting practice. She was also responsible for building client and partnership relationships to produce growth in multiple lines of business. Lisa began her career in recruiting as an Executive Recruiting Consultant for Donovan and Watkins.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree from LeTourneau University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and has completed the Professional HR Development Program at Rice University.
Prior to her time with Donovan and Watkins, Lisa served as a Management Consultant and Trainer for Pryor Learning Solutions where she delivered educational seminars and training in the public arena as well as Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. She was one of the company’s highest ranked trainers and had the opportunity to deliver training programs for Walmart Corporation, The Department of the Air Force, Airgas, Tyson as well as many other organizations across various business sectors.
Lisa has spoken and delivered leadership training to thousands of business professionals and has been commended for her energy, passion and insight.
She began her career with Moody National Companies, a growing real estate services organization, where she served as the Controller as well as the Director of Human Resources.
