Kristin brings with her over 10 years of oil and gas experience in the public accounting and seismic industries. Her experience in Internal Audit has focused on compliance (including FCPA), operational internal audits, and risk assessments. She has managed engagements, both domestically and internationally, for clients ranging from Middle Market to Not-for-Profit to Fortune 500 companies. Kristin has provided client training in the areas of compliance, fraud risk, and financial controls. Prior to her time as a Research Analyst, Kristin was a Senior Consultant within the Enterprise Risk Services Group at Deloitte and Touche, LLP. She was involved in a number of engagements across the Oil and Gas, Finance and Manufacturing industries. Prior to her time with Deloitte, Kristin served as Senior Consultant at Petroleum Geo-Services, a Norwegian Seismic and Data Acquisition company. Kristin also worked as a Compliance Associate for Flotek Industries. Kristin is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and is involved in the Texas A&M Alumni Associations.
