Ralf Nejedl has more than 20 years of management experience in various areas of the telecommunications and IT services industry. As the former head of the business customer division at Deutsche Telekom Europe, he was responsible for the development of new business areas in ICT, cloud, security, and IoT, in addition to the fixed-network and mobile communications business. In addition to his technological expertise, the key to success for him was finding the right employees with the necessary know-how and actively supporting them in successfully developing their potential. It was always important to him to focus on the personality of the candidates, paying only secondarily attention to their technical expertise. Technical expertise can be acquired, but personality only to a limited extent. But for Ralf Nejedl, it is at least as crucial to success.
