Allan has an extensive personal track record over 9 years recruiting senior leadership positions into global blue-chip through to SME and start-up medical companies across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices & Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Clinical and other related medical sectors. He began his recruitment career working for a specialist Medical Device Sales recruitment firm covering the UK and Europe before joining PageGroup in 2013 in London. In 2016 he moved with PageGroup to the Middle East to establish the Medical, Healthcare and Life science business unit out of the Dubai office placing key heads into multinationals and local businesses to run their MEA operations through retained search and selection often within global assignments. He now manages the Page Executive MHLS practice covering the EMEA region based from London. Positions hired include General Managers, Managing Directors, President / VP Sales and Marketing, Regional Directors, Medical Managers, Regulatory Affairs, Business Unit Managers and Clinical Specialists across EMEA.
