Biography
Laura Puckett-Boler, a senior consultant with Spelman Johnson, leads searches across a range of institutional types and administrative functions, with particular depth in student affairs, auxiliary services, human resources, and finance and administration.
Prior to joining Spelman Johnson, Laura served as vice chancellor for student affairs and dean of students at the University of South Carolina Upstate (USC Upstate). She held progressively responsible roles during her 28 years with USC Upstate, including director of student activities, director of student life, dean of students, and assistant vice chancellor for student affairs. Laura began her higher education career as a student activities program coordinator at Texas Christian University, followed by an assignment as assistant director of university activities at Fairfield University.
Laura is committed to developing long-term, value-based relationships with clients and candidates.
