Matt Goulet has been working in the recruiting industry since 2005, with a specific focus on finance and accounting search in the New Jersey and New York City region. He has expertise in recruiting at all level levels of Finance and Accounting departments from CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors and up and coming staff-level professionals across all industries. Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Matt was a Vice President for a global Fortune 500 recruiting firm, with which he spent 15 years specializing in direct-hire searches. Matt is proud to be able to give clients customized solutions, and bring his consultative approach to the recruiting process. His ability to recognize his clients’ specific needs and his candidates long-term career goals greatly benefits both the clients and candidates he works with. He graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. For nearly a decade, Matt has been very active in volunteering as a coach for youth baseball and has had a passion for playing guitar for over thirty years.
