Maëlys comes from a business school education and a master's degree in marketing from ESC Tours-Poitiers. She began her marketing career in textiles as a Product Manager. She got her first job at Darjeeling as Product Manager and then returned to Lille, her hometown, for a position as Product Manager at La Halle Aux Garments. After ten years of experience in this field, she aspires to more human relations in her job. Wishing to start a new challenge and having a thirst for learning, she decided to explore the world of Human Resources. Having had the opportunity to live the Keyman experience as a candidate, it was only natural that she contacted the firm when her plan to convert to recruitment became clearer. Keyman therefore trusted him in January 2021 and offered him the opportunity to become a Recruitment Manager within his team. Dynamic and organized, Maëlys makes every effort to ensure that the missions entrusted to her are carried out. She occupies her free time with her two passions: dancing and travelling. Epicurean and sociable by nature , she loves having her friends over for dinner.
