Yannis Katzilieris is the Country Manager for Greece at Pedersen & Partners while additionally overseeing the firm’s offices in Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Israel. Mr. Katzilieris joined Pedersen & Partners in 2012 with more than 15 years of senior Executive Search experience at Egon Zehnder in Athens. In his role as Partner for over ten years, Mr. Katzilieris led the Financial Services Practice and worked with clients locally and internationally across various sectors including: Industrial, Consumer Goods, Technology and Private Equity. Prior to his career in Executive Search, Mr. Katzilieris, worked with Procter & Gamble, DHL and Braun, having various roles, up to Country Manager level. Mr. Katzilieris has an M.Phil. in Management from Oxford University and a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service. He speaks native Greek, fluent English and conversational French.
