Jonathon is an experienced executive who has spent the last seven years growing revenue lines year on year for global, top tier organisational consulting firm, Korn Ferry. Holding a multi-faceted professional services leadership role spanning full P&L ownership of New Zealand and sector leadership across APAC for the Telecommunications Industry. Additionally, Jonathon led the growth of marquee account, nbn, and the Security portfolio across the region, with his reputation built on the sale and delivery of customer-centred services that build client advantage. Key accomplishments include turning around the performance of Korn Ferry NZ to establish the firm as a leader in NZ, broadening service provision and connecting delivery to the Australian organisation. He has also authored white papers that have been showcased at an APAC level, covering topics including the changing role of leaders in a digital world. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jonathon progressed through a series of challenging and rewarding roles globally. Key appointments include Managing Director of RP International MEA, growing the largest P&L in the business by double digits. As Managing Director Asia for the Five Ten Group, he established a bold new strategic vision and new leadership structure based on collaboration across brands to deliver double digit growth. Jonathon holds a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Never one to rest easy, Jonathon enjoys endurance sport in his spare time, and to date, has climbed Mt Aconcagua (6,962m), cycled the entire length of the UK (Land’s End to John O’Groats) and endured a 100Km non-stop bushwalk for charity.
