Gabriëlle van Heteren is a senior consultant at De Vroedt & Thierry. After completing her pre-university education (VWO), Gabriëlle received a scholarship to Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio, in the United States. She then studied business administration at Nyenrode Business University and business economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2018, Gabriëlle completed additional training to become a Privacy Officer/Data Protection Officer. Gabriëlle interned at Albert Heijn's Consumer Research department (AHOLD Delhaize) and then, after completing the Fortis Bank Management Traineeship, worked as a Talent Management Officer at Fortis Bank Nederland. Following its acquisition by ABN AMRO Bank, she held positions including Employability Consultant, Business Manager, and HR Business Consultant. For the past 15 years, Gabriëlle has also been active as co-creator, researcher, and co-editor of our firm's books on (top) talent, leadership, and diversity.
