Alex is the Managing Partner in Tokyo responsible for Consumer, Retail & Services, Industrial (consisting of Performance & Specialty Chemicals), Food Ingredients, Building & Construction, and a member of Government & Non-Profit Practices. He specialises in Management Search & C-suite Retained Recruiting Services.

Alex began his career in Executive Search back in 2001, and has consistently been a top performer completing a number of executive-level searches, including President, Country Manager, VP, and senior level functional director roles in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain and Human Resources.

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Alex has completed a Masters in Japanese Language & Society at The University of Sheffield, and has an undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University.

Alex is active in the Tokyo business community, and is a member of the Australian & New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
