Steve has led and overseen hundreds of high-level executive placements. Steve began his career in 1993 in healthcare search, eventually co-founding what would become one of the largest clinical recruiting firms in the country. He later launched an executive search subsidiary, successfully building a specialized team and conducting executive searches for a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients. A nationally recognized expert, Steve has been cited in numerous media publications and frequently speaks at healthcare conferences and forums. His expertise spans best practices in healthcare recruiting, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, and contract negotiation. Based in Dallas, Texas, Steve enjoys life with his wife, Lynn, and their four children. In his free time, he loves pickleball, golf, and fly fishing.
