Jim Kelly

Having previously recruited extensively across technology, industrial and commercial sectors, I now have over 28 years recruitment experience. The last 20 of these have been at Wallace Hind, where my specialties include Life Sciences, Medical, Engineering and Health Care.

I recruit technical, sales & marketing, board level, and scientific roles, coupled with numerous other combinations of niche, often rare skill sets!

One of the reasons I enjoy the Wallace Hind model is the freedom allowed to genuinely tailor hiring solutions to specific customer requirements. I also enjoy making a true difference, whether helping build client company growth, or for often, life-changing candidate career moves. I am often available for a confidential chat, and deliver personalised advice.
