Kim is an executive recruiter who brings a broad range of experience in executive leadership roles in third-party administration, sales, employee benefit consulting, managed care, population health and wellness. Prior to joining Morgan Consulting Resources, Kim was the Interim COO for the Teachers Health Trust. She has held leadership roles at Sierra Health Services (now part of UnitedHealth Group) and with the third party administrator for the Culinary Workers Health Fund and as a partner in an employee benefits firm where she managed sales and operations for large self-funded employer groups for all of their benefit requirements. Her contagious enthusiasm instills the team with extraordinary energy and dedication. Kim does not just set out ambitious goals, she motivates people to deliver. She is most fulfilled when helping people find roles that are an ideal fit both professionally and personally. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term placements for both clients and candidates. More importantly, she treats everyone with uncompromising personal attention. Kim is an active member in several charitable and civic organizations including past Executive Board Member – Finance Chair of Junior Achievement of S. Nevada, National Association of Women Business Owners, National Professional Women’s Association and American Business Women’s Association. She is also an avid hockey fan, with a passion for interior design and enjoys traveling to sunny and warm destinations.
