Lawyer from Chile’s Catholic University, M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Professional Coach from The Newfield Network. Cristian has several years of experience in the Consumer, Retail and Tourism industries. Prior to embarking on his executive search career, he occupied various management positions such as Human Resources Director for Jumbo Hypermarkets and Cecinas San Jorge. He was also Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Hotel and Home Depot Chile. He has experience in Executive Coaching and teaching in various Universities (Del Desarrollo, Gabriela Mistral, Santa María). Cristian is former President of the Chilean Federation of Equestrian Sports and he is currently Member of the Board in the National Olympic Comiteé. Cristian has been our Managing Partner in Chile since 2002.
