Stefano is a global HR Trusted Advisor with 30+ years of experience in M&A, HR transformation and change management. He advises Boards and Executive Leadership Teams on succession strategy, recruiting, assessing and retaining global talent.

He has a particular experience in global management roles because of a deep understanding of cultural differences due to his extensive travels in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

Before joining AIMS International, Stefano was Senior VP and Global Chief People Officer at KEMET Electronics, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale (FL) for 7 years.

Previously he held HR positions of increasing international responsibilities in companies such as Hewlett-Packard, 3Com Corporation, Belgacom. Stefano has a bachelor degree in Law from the State University of Milan (Italy) and he is a Professional Executive Coach certified by the College of Executive Coaching – Arroyo Grande (CA).

He has lived in Italy, Belgium, Israel, Switzerland and the USA, He is a world traveller and a rugby and soccer fan.
