Andrew (Andy) Moses is a Principal of Kensington International and is responsible for execution of searches across all industries. Prior to joining the team at Kensington, Andrew spent over 12 years within industrial/manufacturing, medical device, and life sciences sectors with companies such as Korn Ferry, IDEX Corporation, Callan Associates, and CT Partners. Andrew has experience recruiting at the C-Suite, VP, and Director levels serving private equity backed, venture capital funded, and publicly traded companies. Andrew uses a measured and strategic approach when building long-term candidate and client relationships. Andrew is a pragmatic and results-oriented executive search professional who has developed a keen eye for uncovering and attracting niche talent that delivers transformational solutions for his clients. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He served 12 years in the US Army, one of those years was spent overseas in the Middle East (in Kuwait and Jordan). Andrew was born and raised in Wisconsin, but now resides in downtown Chicago and enjoys golfing, pick-up basketball, yoga, snowboarding, hiking, and quality time with his dog Bailey, family, and friends.
