Over her years in executive search, Olivia has specialised in talent identification and company profiling for Board level, C-Suite and senior leadership roles. Her solid research background within executive search provides deep knowledge of the search process and methodology, with expertise spanning the commercial sector domain. Industry focus has covered professional services, technology, banking & finance, FMCG and retail & consumer.

Olivia has a completed her postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at RMIT University.
