Lamia Pabion is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. After several years with the Manpower Group in Europe (France and Luxembourg), she decided to relocate to Algeria to launch her own HR Consulting Office. Lamia founded Global Talent Consulting in 2009, offering a range of HR Consultancy services in the country. Global Talent Consulting became Alexander Hughes Algeria in 2014. In 2014, Lamia launched the Alexander Hughes office in Jeddah. Lamia is graduated from a Bachelor degree in Business Management. She speaks French, English and Arabic.
