Olivier brings deep healthcare industry knowledge to senior-level search assignments identifying and recruiting board members, physician leaders, and senior executives for leadership roles at hospitals, health systems, consulting firms, and physician groups. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he was a Managing Consultant at a firm where he also initiated and built the interim service line. His ability to quickly build relationships with healthcare professionals has resulted in an extensive network of proven leaders and industry experts. Olivier has held operational positions with rural and urban hospital systems and national physician practice management organizations. Throughout his career, Olivier has gained extensive experience recruiting healthcare leaders focused on quality, safety, access, and financial stewardship. Olivier’s extensive experience and successful track record in healthcare recruitment provide a strong foundation and thorough understanding of trends and changes impacting the industry. Olivier holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Duke University and a bachelor of science degree from Davidson College.
