Ulrike has almost 20 years of proven experience in executive search, both on specialist and managerial level. She has been working as a Managing Partner of the Austrian AIMS Partner company since 2007. She built up the Upper Austrian Subsidiary from scratch. AIMS Austria has become Austria’s leading and esteemed partner for filling all types of positions from mid-level up to C-level positions. Ulrike works for international clients as well as medium sized companies in industries such as Automotive, Engineering, Retail, Construction Industries, Technology, Financial Services, Tax Consultancy and Audit. Ulrike completed a Master´s degree in Social Sciences at the University of Linz. Before starting her career in HR Consultancy and Executive Search she gained valuable work experience in the field of accounting, controlling and HR Management.
