Lana joined Hogarth Davies Lloyd in 2020 as a Partner in the firm’s New York office focusing on senior investment mandates for a diverse portfolio of clients including Hedge Funds, Asset Management, and Private Equity firms. Lana specializes in Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst recruitment across a variety of strategies in the Alternatives space, including L/S Equity, Credit, Quant and Macro and has carried out extensive work in both the US and Europe. Before joining Hogarth Davies Lloyd, Lana spent 4 years at Paloma Partners where she specialized in recruiting Portfolio Managers across algorithmic and relative value strategies. Prior to this she had started her career at Visium Asset Management, where she worked for approximately 6 years and where she was ultimately running the global recruitment function for the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from New York University.
