Victoire spent the first part of her career in advertising agencies (TV, press, and digital). For eight years, she supported clients in the manufacturing, FMCG, and hospitality sectors in implementing their sales and marketing strategies. Driven by her growing interest in human relations and the commercial dimension, Victoire moved into recruitment consulting in 2022. Initially, she worked as a Consultant in the Sales & Marketing Practice of a major Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm. Victoire specializes in identifying and supporting talent for multi-sector companies (industry, agri-food, hospitality, FMCG, and energy). This conclusive experience confirmed Victoire's career choice. She joined Vauban Executive Search in 2025, convinced that every recruitment is a key opportunity to build high-performing, sustainable organizations. Victoire holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's 2 in Communication and speaks English fluently.
