Mr. Hubbs is the Managing Director of our Healthcare Practice. Ryan joined Westwood & Wilshire in 2019 through our acquisition of Meyer Executive Search, a nationally-recognized retained healthcare search practice. He joined Meyer Consulting in 2010 and became a Partner in 2014; during his tenure he spent several years in London where he founded and led the firm’s international practice and worked extensively in global oncology. Ryan has placed administrative and physician executives spanning provider systems, health plans, academic medicine, oncology and genomics, technology and analytics, value-based care and population health, and PE-backed healthcare companies. His portfolio includes senior executive placements at Banner Health, the University of Texas Health System, multiple Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, Summit, Canopy Health, ESMO, the New York Genome Center, and many more. Earlier in his career he spent five years with Witt/Kieffer, a leading national executive search firm, and also held roles in global health and economic development. Ryan earned a BA in Economics and International Studies from Wheaton College and an MA (Hons) from the University of London – SOAS. His interests include photography, good books, travel, current events, and live jazz.
