Ben Schustek has been a partner at contagi INTERIM GmbH since 2021. Here he fully supports his customers in the areas of interim management and project staffing. In the past, Ben was commissioned with setting up EMEA-wide interim management sales structures in two international recruitment consultancies. Initially, Ben placed his professional focus on finance and accounting as well as all the requirements of his customers in the SAP environment. Over time, he expanded his expertise and access to the HR, purchasing, production and M&A departments in medium-sized companies. For Ben, the greatest appeal of working as an HR consultant is the different – ​​and preferably “out of the box” – scenarios his customers have to solve. His unconditionally open communication, paired with maximum commitment and his genuine interest in his customers is the key to success. Ben lives with his wife and son in Darmstadt and likes to spend his free time in nature hunting, hiking with friends or kite surfing.
